Dr. Jennifer Nash is an executive leadership coach, consultant, keynote speaker, author, and researcher interested in how relationships, cognitive psychology and emotional intelligence impact coaching outcomes. She has worked with individuals at distinguished organizations such as Deloitte, the University of Michigan, Ford Motor Company, Whirlpool Corporation, Magic Leap, Morgan Stanley, Westinghouse, BorgWarner, Ansell, SAP, Dana Holding Corporation, and the State of New York, among others.
Dr. Nash holds Certified Executive & Team Coach credentials from Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching program as well as the BCC credential and the Weatherhead Coaching Certificate (WCC). She has additional certifications in the MBTI®, the Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT), and Korn Ferry/Hay Group’s Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI).
Prior to earning her PhD in Management, Dr. Nash worked for 25 years in executive and leadership roles for Deloitte Consulting LLP, Ford Motor Company, Kelly Services and Electronic Data Systems. Dr. Nash received her PhD from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and earned an MBA from the University of Michigan. She is CEO of Nash Consulting & Associates, a global executive coaching and leadership development consultancy based in Michigan.
She is a sought-after speaker and has presented at multiple conferences and academic forums, including Harvard University, Columbia University, Indiana State University, the University of Michigan, the Academy of Management, EMONET, and Deloitte University. She is a member of Harvard University’s Institute of Coaching, Columbia University’s Coaching Learning Association, the International Coaching Federation, the Society for Human Resource Management, the Association for Talent Development, and the Academy of Management.
